Lake Ontario Blend:
Our Lake Ontario Coffee is created from organic, Fair Trade coffee beans from Café Orgánico Marcala S.A. (COMSA) in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. COMSA was founded in December of 2001 with a vision of creating new and alternative development opportunities for small-scale coffee farmers. Today, COMSA is 1,200 members strong, with a waiting list of producers still hoping to join the organization. Their lead farmers continue to demonstrate effective, regenerative organic practices that are both improving productivity and protecting their plants from common diseases.

Thousand Islands Blend:

Our Thousand Islands Coffee is similar to it's namesake in that it is diverse, wide ranging, and all inclusive. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified and comes from the Hacienda Miramonte plantation in Naranjo, Costa Rica which is acclaimed for the superior quality coffee beans produced there.

St. Lawrence Blend:

That river is the mighty St. Lawrence River which connects the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean, providing a maritime pathway for international trade. Just one taste evokes notions of calm mornings on the water, watching the sun rise over the horizon.
With low acidity adn Bird Friendly® certified, the St. Lawrence Blend Coffee hails from Colombia and has tasting notes of tangerine, honey, and brown sugar.
